Floor Lead (Retail) (Full-time)
Floor Lead
Since 2015, Mejuri has reimagined what fine jewelry can be in a modern world—shifting it from a traditional gift to a personal choice rooted in self-expression. Founded by third-generation jeweller Noura Sakkijha, the brand was built on the idea that fine jewelry shouldn’t require a special occasion and should never come with guilt. It’s about celebrating yourself—your style, your life, and your everyday.
Mejuri meets customers where they are—online, in-app, and through a growing global retail footprint of 58+ stores worldwide. The brand is deeply committed to responsible sourcing, sustainable practices, and philanthropic initiatives that reflect its values and long-term vision.
The Role
The Floor Lead plays a pivotal role on the store leadership team, driving success by upholding exceptional customer service standards, fostering team development, and ensuring seamless daily operations. As a key presence on the sales floor, the Floor Lead exemplifies outstanding interpersonal skills and consistently embodies Mejuri’s values.
A natural motivator and collaborative team player, they inspire the team with a can-do attitude, creating an engaging and dynamic environment for both staff and customers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
