Our new luxury lifestyle concept, Il Gattopardo, is looking for a Floor Manager to join our team.

We will be working with the finest ingredients from across the country and in a vibrant kitchen, full of talent. Position Overview:

As the Floor Manager, you will lead by example to ensure exceptional service delivery, both individually and as part of a cohesive team. Your focus will be on maintaining seamless operations while adhering strictly to restaurant policies and procedures. Being at the forefront of guest interactions, you'll develop a deep understanding of their preferences, enabling you to personalize their experience and surpass their expectations.

Key Criteria:

  • Experience in a customer-facing, fast paced environment
  • Inspire the team to do their best every day at work and show your passion for your field
  • Be open to feedback from leadership and create a culture of two-way constructive feedback and communication with the team
  • Create a culture of fair growth and development for team members with a view to move them across the brand
  • Establish a good rapport and working relationship with all staff and all other departments
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
  • Availability to work full-time and be flexible.
