Are you a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager looking to step up? Want to be part of a fast-growing retailer with real career development? Then look no further, B&M is hiring a Floor Manager to join our Drumkeen Retail Park, Belfast store team!
As Floor Manager, you’ll support the Store Management team in running day-to-day operations. You’ll lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure exceptional store standards and customer experience.
This is a permanent, full-time role requiring the flexibility to work a range of shifts across days, evenings, and weekends.
The Key Responsibilities Are
- Deliver excellent service and maintain strong visual and operational standards
- Support, develop and motivate your team to hit sales and performance targets
- Ensure the store meets all legal, safety, and operational requirements
- Drive KPIs and manage performance effectively
- Contribute to a positive, high-performing store culture

- Experience managing a team in retail or hospitality
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- A hands-on approach with a flexible, ‘can do’ attitude
- Ability to think on your feet and make confident decisions
- Passion for retail and delivering great service
