Your New Role: Floor Manager

For our store on Oxford St., we are looking for a Floor Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the sales floor operations.

Key Details:

  • Reporting to: Store Manager
  • Working hours: 40 hours per week
  • Required flexibility: Full flexibility
  • Availability: Monday to Sunday

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Provide and ensure an excellent level of customer service in store, prioritising it above all other tasks
  • guarantee that team members possess strong product knowledge and have awareness of key performance indicators for the store
  • understand and anticipate customer needs to maximise sales opportunities with tailored services
  • Organise, delegate, and distribute tasks effectively across team members for seamless floor operations
  • Ensure that sales targets are set, implemented, achieved, and exceeded within the store
  • Lead the team by example, maintaining an energising, active, and pleasant atmosphere at all times
  • Communicate actively with your team, relaying critical information that impacts sales and store performance
  • Coach and mentor team members, supporting their professional development, and fostering growth via training and feedback
