Your New Role: Floor Manager
For our store on Oxford St., we are looking for a Floor Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the sales floor operations.
Key Details:
- Reporting to: Store Manager
- Working hours: 40 hours per week
- Required flexibility: Full flexibility
- Availability: Monday to Sunday
Your Main Responsibilities
- Provide and ensure an excellent level of customer service in store, prioritising it above all other tasks
- guarantee that team members possess strong product knowledge and have awareness of key performance indicators for the store
- understand and anticipate customer needs to maximise sales opportunities with tailored services
- Organise, delegate, and distribute tasks effectively across team members for seamless floor operations
- Ensure that sales targets are set, implemented, achieved, and exceeded within the store
- Lead the team by example, maintaining an energising, active, and pleasant atmosphere at all times
- Communicate actively with your team, relaying critical information that impacts sales and store performance
- Coach and mentor team members, supporting their professional development, and fostering growth via training and feedback
