📌 Role Overview

As Floor Manager, you ensure the shop floor delivers exceptional JD service, exemplifies strong team performance, and runs a clean, organised, and high-performing store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve at the highest JD standards: Deliver friendly, fast, and professional customer service consistently.
  • Drive commercial success: Use shop-floor execution to boost sales, merchandising, team motivation, and replenishment.
  • Lead and develop teams: Maintain high performance, adherence to JD processes, and a positive culture.
  • Ensure flawless operations: Oversee store routines, cash handling, opening/closing, and workflow efficiency.

This role requires a confident, energised leader with strong commercial insight, result-based attitude, and a focus on leveraging your team’s potential.


🔍 Requirements

Essential

  • Previous supervisory experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing roles.
  • Proven communication and leadership skills, including coaching team members.
  • Strict attention to detail, adhering to high visual/operational standards.
  • Understands commercial contributions to shop performance (KPIs & team influence).

Desirable

  • Passion for JD/retail trends/sports culture and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Energetic, hands-on leader thriving in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and resolve customer concerns confidently.
  • Experience or interest in visual merchandising, product presentation, or brand standards.
