Floor Manager
Love retail? Thrive in a fast-paced environment? Ready to step up and run the show on the shop floor?
Join B&M as a Floor Manager in our New store in Carmarthenshire and be at the heart of a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment!
This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. You’ll take ownership of the shop floor, driving performance, supporting your team, and delivering a great customer experience every day.
It’s a permanent, full-time role, and as part of the store management team, will require flexibility across days, evenings, and weekends.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take charge of the shop floor, keeping standards high and customers happy
- Lead, energise and support your team to perform at their best
- Drive sales and KPIs, spotting opportunities to improve performance
- Stay one step ahead, plan, adapt and react to the pace of the day
- Help your team grow through coaching, feedback and support
