We are looking for an experienced and service-driven Floor Manager to join the team at our iconic private members' club, Annabel's, 46 Berkeley Square, part of The Birley Clubs.
Annabel's at 46 Berkeley Square spans 26,000 square feet and is home to five restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon. A team of world-class Chefs, Sommeliers and Mixologists have created an exceptional collection of menus, cocktails and wine lists. Expertly sourced seasonal ingredients are combined with both classic and innovative techniques to deliver truly memorable dining experiences.
This exciting role will take primary responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Elephant Lounge - one of Annabel's most distinctive spaces, offering Members an elegant lounge experience with exceptional cocktails, premium beverages and an all-day menu of light dishes and small plates.
In addition, you will support the delivery of our exclusive Private Dining operation, deputising for the Private Dining Manager when required and ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained across bespoke member events and functions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional with experience managing both premium bar and restaurant operations who enjoys leading from the floor and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Elephant Lounge, ensuring exceptional service standards across both the bar and lounge dining experience.
- Lead, motivate and develop the Front of House team, ensuring service is delivered efficiently, professionally and in line with Annabel's standards.
- Support and coach the bar team, ensuring exceptional product knowledge, cocktail quality and beverage service standards are consistently maintained.
- Ensure all Members and their guests receive warm, personalised and attentive service, creating memorable experiences at every opportunity.
- Deputise for the Private Dining Manager, overseeing private dining services and events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional attention to detail.
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar and events teams to ensure effective communication and smooth service across both operations.
- Maximise revenue opportunities through effective floor management, table planning and service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
- Handle Member feedback and resolve any service issues professionally, ensuring every Member leaves with a positive experience.
- Support the Operations Directors with operational administration including rotas, ordering, stock control and team training.
- Ensure full compliance with licensing regulations, food safety, health & safety and company operating procedures.

The Ideal Candidate Will
- Have previous management experience within a luxury bar, premium restaurant, private members' club or five-star hotel.
- Have strong knowledge of both food and beverage operations, with confidence managing premium bar service and lounge dining.
- Be passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable member experiences.
- Have excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a high-performing team.
- Be an organised and confident decision-maker, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional approach.
- Have strong commercial awareness and the ability to maximise revenue opportunities while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Have a sound understanding of Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Food Safety and licensing legislation.
