Floor Manager Designate

Basic Salary £39,618 per annum plus bonus

We are delighted to be recruiting a Designate Floor manager to join our thriving Region.

Our Designate Floor Manager will work closely with our store Management teams whilst training, with a view to being allocated a position in a local branch within a period.

We are looking for candidates with a history of guiding teams to achieve outstanding commercial results and inspire them to deliver excellence with passion in our high-profile stores.

Team Leadership & Management

Lead and manage teams across floors in the store. Be a role model for the delivery of a world-class customer experience and train your team to deliver this consistently. Create an engaging working environment for colleagues. Grow the best team on the planet Providing on the spot feedback, and celebrating success

Visual Merchandising

You will support in delivering meticulous store presentation taking pride in implementing visual merchandising standards that align with the Sports Direct Brand

Sales and Operations

You will be fundamental in achieving results and going beyond set goals, driving store performance to its maximum potential across the floors. Lead the team to ensure they are efficient in always following best practice to support the delivery of commercial goals and brand knowledge. Execute daily workload with a strong commercial and operational judgement

Qualifications

Your Profile:

A Minimum of 2 years Management experience essential Passion for retail and people Confident leader who can motivate and challenge others to deliver. Detail orientated. Strong Operational background Ability to communicate at all levels. A desire and hunger to be the best. Promote the Sports Direct values and our culture to internal and external parties.
