Floor Manager – Darlington Store

Join B&M as a Floor Manager in our Darlington store and be at the heart of a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment!
About the Role This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. You’ll take ownership of the shop floor, drive performance, support your team, and deliver a great customer experience every day. It’s a permanent, full-time role requiring flexibility across days, evenings, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of the shop floor, maintaining high standards and keeping customers satisfied
- Lead, energise, and support your team to ensure optimal performance
- Drive sales and KPIs, spotting opportunities to improve performance
- Stay proactive in planning, adapting, and responding to the fast-paced demands of the store
- Assist in team development through coaching, constructive feedback, and mentoring
