Job Description
FLOOR MANAGER @MAX MARA HARRODS, LONDON
Max Mara is looking for a Floor Manager for its Corner in Harrods!
The ideal candidate is a dynamic and goal-oriented professional with several years of experience in the role of Floor Manager, preferably within fashion and/or luxury companies with structured retail organizations.
The Floor Manager will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives for the assigned department by effectively managing and developing its resources, in line with company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently organize, manage, and coordinate the resources assigned to achieve commercial results.
- Guarantee that the level of Customer Experience in the Corner meets company standards.
- Collaborate with the management team.
- Promote the growth and development of the department's team members.
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and codes of conduct.
- Identify and implement effective solutions to optimize the deployment of on-floor resources based on customer needs.
- Foster team motivation in collaboration with the management team.
- Promote and integrate the use of digital technologies within the scope of the role, particularly in process management and relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Champion operational and cultural actions related to Sustainable Development, focusing on environmental care, business processes, and community well-being.

Candidate Profile:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong inclination for teamwork and human resource management.
- Results-driven with a passion for fashion and customer service excellence.
- Positive attitude, flexibility with working hours, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing team members.
- Previous experience within a department store will be considered a plus.
