Floor Manager (Night Operations Coach) - NEW NIKE LONDON FLAGSHIP
Shift Patterns: 9pm-6am
Start Date: October 2026

In our NIKE Retail Stores we use special job names for our positions: a Store Manager is called "Head Coach", an Assistant Store Manager is called "Assistant Head Coach", a department manager is called "Coach", a team leader is called “Lead” and a Sales Associate is called "Athlete".
As a Night Operations Coach You Are
Crucial to the effective running of the department. You will be focused on profit and loss control, customer satisfaction and shrinkage results by overseeing operational aspects. You will drive and inspire your back-of-house team to process stock efficiently and to ensure that the back of house environment mirrors the unique energy, passion, and innovation our consumers experience on the shop floor.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing the nightly activities within the operational and back of house areas of the store, including health and safety policies and procedures, shipping and receiving, stock flow, loss prevention, and product management.
- Lead, coach, drive, and inspire associates within designated areas to process stock efficiently in B.O.H and support F.O.H satellite stockrooms management.
- Identifying issues and opportunities based on stock requirements and product availability.
- Replenishment - Ensuring all processes are delivered efficiently and to a high standard for shrinkage results, overseeing effective operational and productivity.
- Identify issues and opportunities based on product selling from F.O.H team and consumer feedback.
- Training and education to further develop yourself and the team.
- People and HR management responsibilities.
- Assist the leadership team in delivering a premium consumer and employee experience.

What You Bring
- A passion for NIKE and/or love of sport
- Experience in retail and/or leadership positions
- Very good command of English language (written and spoken)
- Experience and competency in serving exceptional consumer service
- Ability to coach and develop a strong team
- Strong focus on communication
- Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends
