Do you know what we are missing to create the best retail team on the globe? Someone like YOU!

In our NIKE Retail Stores we use special job names for our positions: a department manager is called "Coach".

As our Operations Coach your role is crucial to the effective running of the store. You will be focused on profit and loss control, customer satisfaction, and shrinkage results by overseeing operational aspects. You will drive and inspire your back-of-house team to process stock efficiently and to ensure that the back-of-house environment mirrors the unique energy, passion, and innovation our consumers experience on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

  • Managing all daily activities with the operational and back-of-house areas of the store, including cash office, H&S policy and procedures, stock flow and loss prevention, product management, scheduling, and planning
  • Lead, coach, drive, and inspire associates within a designated area
  • Identify issues and opportunities based on selling and customer feedback
  • Assist the Store Manager in delivering a premium consumer and employee experience
  • Influences others through persuasion, ability to deliver relevant information with confidence, and build a strong network of relationships

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
