What We Look For

We’re searching for a passionate leader with:

  • 12+ months of work experience in sports/fashion retail, specializing in sales, customer engagement, and merchandising.
  • Strong team management and exceptional customer service.
  • Experience with KPI tracking and strategic analysis.
  • Excellent training and coaching skills—equipped to inspire teams and adapt to change.
  • ROBUST product knowledge and the ability to conduct impactful feedback conversations.
  • Fluency or high understanding of English (both spoken and written).
  • The diplomatic skills to handle disagreements within teams while aligning with store objectives.

As a Floor Manager, you’ll be the backbone of the store’s daily operations, driving:
