What We Look For
We’re searching for a passionate leader with:
- 12+ months of work experience in sports/fashion retail, specializing in sales, customer engagement, and merchandising.
- Strong team management and exceptional customer service.
- Experience with KPI tracking and strategic analysis.
- Excellent training and coaching skills—equipped to inspire teams and adapt to change.
- ROBUST product knowledge and the ability to conduct impactful feedback conversations.
- Fluency or high understanding of English (both spoken and written).
- The diplomatic skills to handle disagreements within teams while aligning with store objectives.
