Morena is an all-day dining restaurant inspired by the flavours of Latin America, located in the heart of Belgravia, London.
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, lead by example, and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the restaurant floor while leading and supporting the front-of-house team. You'll be a hands-on leader, maintaining high service standards, motivating the team, and ensuring every guest leaves with an outstanding experience.

- Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor or senior front-of-house team member in a busy restaurant.
- Confident leading a team during service and supporting managers with daily operations.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent knowledge of food, drinks and restaurant service standards.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Lead by example with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Train, coach and motivate team members throughout each shift.
- Ensure service runs efficiently while maintaining Morena's high standards.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues confidently.
- Ensure tables are served, cleared and reset to an exceptional standard.
- Oversee waiter stations and ensure they remain fully stocked throughout service.
- Maintain excellent cleanliness, organisation and presentation across the restaurant.
- Monitor opening and closing procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
