About the Role
As a Floor Manager, you will drive outstanding customer experiences that exceed expectations.
Supported by a passionate team, you will lead with energy and vision—establishing a store environment that is both inviting and performance-driven. Your role ensures personalised, genuine, and memorable customer interactions while upholding service excellence and operational standards to bring the brand’s identity to life on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through expert styling advice, deep product knowledge, and an engaging shopping experience
- Analyse sales data and collaborate with the Store Manager to refine departmental performance strategies
- Lead and inspire a team of Sales Advisors, maintaining consistent standards in service and store presentation
- Support recruitment while ensuring smooth onboarding and training for new hires
- Identify and nurture emerging talent, aligning with individual development plans to foster team growth
- Oversee daily operations with precision, ensuring efficiency and adherence to brand guidelines
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the ethos of COS in every customer interaction
- Step into the role of Store Manager as required, ensuring seamless leadership and continuity

Additional Information
This is a full-time position operating under a 39-hour workweek at our COS Stratford store. Applications open immediately—upload your CV in English as soon as possible.
