Floor Server
Flight Server – Floor Person
About Flight Club
Flight Club is on a mission to bring groups of people together for moments of unexpected, ridiculous joy. The brand combines its invention of the world’s first Social Darts experience with stunning cocktails and sharing dishes.
About This Role
As a Floor Server at Flight Club, you’ll be the friendly, energetic face that delivers unforgettable service and keeps the joy alive in every shift. Whether it’s zipping across the space to serve drinks, managing groups, or helping guests at the bar, your role is central to turning every shift into an experience they’ll remember.
You’ll thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment—where high energy, warmth, and a can-do attitude are essential. Every guest deserves an unforgettable moment, and you’ll be here to make that happen.
Core Responsibilities
At Flight Club, our team embodies four key values: Warmth, Togetherness, Passion, and Innovation. Success in this role means:
- Delivering exceptional service—speaking to every guest with enthusiasm, ensuring they feel welcomed from arrival to departure.
- Hosting groups—approaching each table with excitement, managing tables, and coordinating drinks orders to reduce backlog.
- Beverage service—climb high, weave through guests, and deliver drinks efficiently and safely.
- Refill orders—manifest drinks, add top-ups, and help guests stay refreshed without missing beats.
- Working the bar—aid and assist bar staff to ensure smooth operations and hospitality.
- Managing lost and found—tackling practical challenges with a smile and sticking to SOPs (like keeping a constant eye on Lightning, our handy landing pad).
- Embodying our culture—be yourself, be passionate about fun, and help guests leave feeling like they’ve made lasting memories.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
