What You’ll Be Doing

As a Floor Server at Flight Club, you’ll be the friendly face delivering epic service and good energy straight to our guests. You’ll ensure the space stays lively, the vibe stays high, and every visit becomes unforgettable.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Championing Flight Club’s core values on every shift: Warmth, Togetherness, Passion, and Innovation
  • Moving quickly through high-energy spaces, offering exceptional service with a smile
  • Building rapport with guests to create unexpected, joyful moments
  • Supporting a full-throttle, high-energy team with total commitment
  • Ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and celebrated

This role requires someone who lives for movement, thrives in bustling environments, and wants to be part of a team that’s reinventing nights out—one extraordinary moment at a time.
