Key Responsibilities
As part of our service team, your core duties include:

Customer Service & Drinks
- Taking detailed orders, preparing, dispensing, and serving drinks per specification (both bar and mobile app).
- Ensuring drinks are matched to promotions, events, and new releases.
- Maintaining a polished presentation for all alcohol.

Food & Table Operations
- Effectively delivering meals to customers while adhering to time-sensitive follow-ups and table clearing.
- Ensuring ‘clean as you go’ standards are met, including wiping tables, cleaning surfaces, and toilets, wherever needed.

- Multi-Tasking
- Assisting in glasswashing, collective fridge stocking, garden, and general floor cleaning.
- Rotating through tasks as necessary to keep everything running smoothly.

Hours & Flexibility
- 8h/week minimum
- This pub operates early (10 AM/17 PM weekdays) to late (22 PM Saturday–Sunday), requiring Evening|Weekend|Sunday shifts.
- Full rota and Monday availability vary.
