About the Scotsman Group
The Scotsman Group is Scotland’s largest and most diverse hospitality group, proudly hosting over 40 venues—including bars, restaurants, hotels, and more—across the country.
The Role
As part of the floor team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering consistently excellent customer service
- Covering all aspects of service, including:
- Setting up for service
- Serving customers
- Coordinating with kitchen staff
- Cleaning down post-service
- Driving sales to ensure maximised customer spend

The Person
We’re looking for:
- Experience in a similar role within hospitality
- A great personality, enthusiasm, and teamwork skills—you’ll thrive in a social, fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings and weekends, following business demand
