About The Scotsman Group

The Role
As a member of the floor team, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing consistently excellent customer service.
- Involvement in all aspects of service:
- Setting up for service.
- Serving customers seamlessly.
- Liaising with kitchen staff.
- Cleaning down after service.
- Actively promoting sales to maximise customer spend.

The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- A dynamic personality, with teamwork as a key strength, especially in a fast-paced and social environment.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the business.
