Floor Supervisor
Full-Time Floor Supervisor Position (35-48 hours per week)
The Role
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience working as a Waiter or Head Waiter in a well-established restaurant.
Knowledge of Asian cuisine is highly desirable.
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service while overseeing restaurant operations
- Serve guests and manage service efficiency
- Ensure an outstanding dining experience for all customers
Collaboration with Management
- Work closely with the Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM)
- Support daily operations by coordinating service
- Maintain high service standards and follow service protocols

Team Leadership
- Lead and support waiters and food runners
- Provide guidance on service procedures
- Allocate daily tasks and assign responsibilities
Operational Duties
- Oversee:
- Cleaning
- Cutlery polishing
- Table preparation
- Essentials of service maintenance
Key Administrations
- Ensure team efficiency while upholding hospitality & presentation standards
