We are currently recruiting for a Floor Supervisor to join our team at Crescent Link Retail Park, Londonderry!
This is a permanent, part-time role, offering 30 hours per week and will require the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings, and at weekends.
As a Floor Supervisor, you will support the Floor Manager in ensuring that our team delivers the best store standards for our customers!
You Will Also
- Support the management of our teams and motivate colleagues to increase sales and ensure efficiency
- Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills, knowledge, and training
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer service
- Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
- Play a vital part in continuing to make our stores a fun place to work!

It Is Essential That You Have The Following
- Experience supervising/managing a small team, in a fast-paced retail environment
- The ability to think on your feet and motivate others
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organisation skills
- A flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude
