Floor Supervisor – Crescent Link Retail Park, Derry
This is a permanent, part-time role offering 30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to cover daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
About the Role
As a Floor Supervisor, you will support the Floor Manager in upholding the highest store standards for our customers while playing a key role in shaping a fun, efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of the team and motivate colleagues to increase sales and improve efficiency
- Provide training in soft skills, processes, and retail knowledge to develop colleagues
- Ensure exceptional customer service, driving high satisfaction levels
- Maintain compliance with all legal and retail standards
- Foster a positive work environment to make stores fun and engaging places to work

Person Specification – Essential Criteria
- Retail management experience in supervising/leading small teams within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to think on your feet, problem-solve under pressure, and motivate others
- Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills
- Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude
