The Bit About Us

The Arding Rooms is our award-winning private members' club and events venue, located within the beautifully restored Arding & Hobbs building in the heart of Clapham Junction. We've created a welcoming space where members and guests can work, socialise, dine, and celebrate.

Alongside our members' club offering, The Arding Rooms hosts a varied programme of private events, from intimate gatherings and business meetings, to larger celebrations and community gatherings. The cherry on top is our stunning roof terrace, with panoramic views across London's iconic skyline.

We are currently looking for a passionate and polished Floor Supervisor to join the team on a full-time variable contract (40 hrs per week). The club is open every day from 8am to late, so shifts will vary across weekdays and weekends, and will include a mix of morning, afternoon, and evenings.

The hourly rate is £16 + service.

The Bit About The Role

We're looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join our front-of-house team as a Supervisor, to help us deliver memorable experiences for both our members and event guests.

This is a varied role that combines front-of-house service at our all-day dining restaurant, with event support. Whether you're welcoming members for lunch, serving drinks on the roof terrace or helping set up for a private function, you'll play an important role in creating the warm, welcoming atmosphere The Arding Rooms is known for.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
