We are looking for an experienced, personable, passionate, and inspiring Floor Trainer to join our team. The Floor Trainer is a leader amongst the floor team and a crucial bridge between team members and senior management. You will be ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant, and lead the team to consistently deliver the highest levels of exceptional guest service. You will also be responsible for carrying out opening and closing tasks, training and developing team members and being a role model to junior members of the team. A good level of English is required for this role.

The advertised wage is inclusive of a basic wage of £12.80 per hour, plus anticipated tronc of £5.65 per hour.

About The Role Of Floor Trainer

As a Floor Trainer you will be responsible for being a role model to our junior team members, welcoming guests and overseeing a section of our restaurant in a fast-paced environment. This is a challenging, yet rewarding role, which involves interacting with every single guest, helping to ensure that each person who crosses our door has a truly unique experience with us.

You’ll need to have a strong presence and warm, personable character with the ability to work well under pressure.

Duties Will Include

  • Supervising, motivating, coaching and helping to develop the floor team so they work in an efficient and collaborative manner, highlighting any concerns and issues regarding performance and behaviour to Senior Managers.
  • Adapting language and service style to suit the guest, whilst always presenting yourself as professional, friendly and polite.
  • A strong knowledge of who we are and what we serve to be able to communicate this effectively to our guests and make recommendations based on our guests preferences.
