About the Role
We are looking for an ** experienced, personable, passionate, and inspiring Floor Trainer** to join our team. The Floor Trainer is a leader amongst the floor team and a crucial bridge between team members and senior management.
You will ensure the smooth running of the restaurant, leading the team to consistently deliver exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include:

- Overseeing opening and closing tasks
- Training and developing team members
- Setting the standard as a role model for junior staff
- Maintaining a strong level of English for effective communication
The advertised wage includes a basic wage of £12.80 per hour, plus anticipated tronc of £5.65 per hour.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Supervising, motivating, coaching, and developing the floor team to ensure efficient and collaborative performance
- Addressing performance and behaviour concerns with Senior Managers
- Adapting service and communication to meet guest expectations
- Projecting a professional, friendly, and polite demeanour
- Demonstrating deep knowledge of Fogo de Cháão’s concept to make tailored guest recommendations
