Shift patterns: Any 5 days from 7 earlies AND lates weekly rotating
Location: Derby - DE21 7HW

We're now seeking an experience Flow Controller to play a pivotal role in driving this next chapter of our journey.
What You'll Do
- Manage warehouse order flow, ensuring outbound orders are allocated, monitored, and delivered in line with customer requirements and dispatch deadlines
- Investigate and resolve operational issues, including stock discrepancies, short shipments, outbound errors, and automation faults
- Support labour and operational planning, including workforce allocation, Kronos administration, and trailer planning
- Coordinate inbound activity, maintaining schedules, monitoring stock flow, and resolving inbound enquiries and discrepancies
- Produce operational reports and maintain key trackers, providing performance data and management information to support decision-making and continuous improvement

This Role Would Suit People Who
- Have Warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience, with strong administrative and organisational skills
- Have Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience, with confidence using operational systems and managing data accurately
- Have Automation experience, with the ability to identify and investigate system or process issues
- Have Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to resolve problems, produce reports, and work effectively with stakeholders
