Pay Rate: £29,000-£31,000

Grade: RCS O

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Any 5 days from 7 earlies AND lates weekly rotating

Location: Derby - DE21 7HW

We're now seeking an experience Flow Controller to play a pivotal role in driving this next chapter of our journey.

What You'll Do

  • Manage warehouse order flow, ensuring outbound orders are allocated, monitored, and delivered in line with customer requirements and dispatch deadlines
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues, including stock discrepancies, short shipments, outbound errors, and automation faults
  • Support labour and operational planning, including workforce allocation, Kronos administration, and trailer planning
  • Coordinate inbound activity, maintaining schedules, monitoring stock flow, and resolving inbound enquiries and discrepancies
  • Produce operational reports and maintain key trackers, providing performance data and management information to support decision-making and continuous improvement

This Role Would Suit People Who

  • Have Warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience, with strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Have Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience, with confidence using operational systems and managing data accurately
  • Have Automation experience, with the ability to identify and investigate system or process issues
  • Have Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to resolve problems, produce reports, and work effectively with stakeholders
