FLT Counterbalance Driver
Location: Trentham Lakes (ST4)

Role And Key Responsibilities For FLT Counterbalance
- Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently in warehouse and production areas
- Load and unload materials and products as required
- Ensure stock and materials are stored safely and accurately
- Assist production and warehouse teams with material handling
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Complete relevant paperwork and report any issues promptly
Minimum Requirements For FLT Counterbalance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid FLT (counterbalance) licence and experience operating in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Good attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Comfortable with manual handling (reasonable adjustments considered)

Pay rate: £13.39 per hour / PAYE, paid weekly
Statutory Deductions for TAX, NI, and Pension if not opted out apply
Working hours: 36.5 Hours
- Monday - Thursday: 06:00 to 14:00
- Friday: 06:00 to 13:00
Rotating With
- Monday - Thursday: 14:00 to 22:00
- Friday: 13:00 to 20:00
