Summary
Jack Richards is looking for a professional FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a well-established, family-run national hauler.

Shift
- Monday to Friday Days (05:00 – 13:30)
- Every other Saturday (05:00- 10:00)
Required
- You must hold a valid FLT Certificate of Training.
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years’ experience operating powered forklifts
- Proficient written and reading ability.
- Work well under pressure unsupervised.
- Knowledge of various material-handling equipment is an asset.
- Proficient in mathematics.
- Possess a high regard for safety in the workplace.
- Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.

Role Involves
- The prime function of this position is to provide support to the warehouse team.
- Responsible for operating technical equipment, optimizing loading for efficient logistics, and supporting other warehouse functions to ensure optimal operation of the business.
- Operate a forklift or other hand truck.
- Use wireless scanning equipment to ensure the accuracy of inventory
- Adhere to quality and customer service standards set forth by the company.
- Perform cycle counts as required.
- Identify safety hazards in the workplace.
- Load pallets to be returned to customer sites.
- Effective communication with other factory departments.
