Role Overview
The Forklift Operator will play a key role in maintaining production output through the safe movement of stock using forklift trucks. While contributing to operational efficiency, this role requires adherence to all corporate and legislative standards, including quality, health, safety, and environmental policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and facilitate the movement of completed consignments to the correct areas within the business
- Carry out picking orders promptly, taking products from varying locations with accurate identification
- Safely palletise products as required, ensuring all information meets correct standards
- Provide safe and timely offloading/loading services for various vehicles
- Perform manual handling tasks in compliance with workplace safety guidelines
- Ensure production outputs are met on time and in full
- Support a clean, sustainable working environment
- Dispose of waste efficiently into designated containers
- Maintain excellent timekeeping and meet production requirements
- Compliance: Adhere to company and statutory policies, including Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental procedures

Skills & Requirements
Applicants must possess the following qualifications and attributes: ✔ Valid forklift licenses for reach (D1 & D2), counterbalance, and pedestrian-operated vehicles ✔ Strong work discipline and enthusiasm for the role ✔ Commitment to lifelong learning and professional skill development ✔ Ability to work effectively in a team collaboratively or independently to meet targets ✔ Excellent communication skills for clarifying tasks and coordinating workflow

- Hours: Monday-Friday, 07:30 – 16:00
