Job Title: FLT - Reach Truck Drivers
We are looking to recruit FLT - Reach Truck Drivers who will be responsible for replenishing stock using a Reach Truck at our distribution centre in Monkspath, Solihull.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Accurately and quickly replenishing stock within the warehouse.
- Keeping accurate records.
- Working within the health and safety requirements of the site.
Shift Pattern
Night shift (22:00-06:00)
Pay, Working Hours & Benefits
- Hourly Pay Rate:
- £13.69 per hour for day shifts.
- £14.85 per hour for afternoon, late, and night shifts.
- Guaranteed Hours: A minimum of 37.5 hours per week for full-time positions. Overtime is regularly available.
- Additional Benefits:

Requirements
You will need:
- Previous Reach Truck (FLT) experience and a valid in-date Reach Truck licence.
- Physical fitness as this is a demanding role and you will be expected to achieve productivity targets.
- A friendly, positive, hard-working approach to work.
- Although it is not essential, if you have experience of working in a warehouse environment or experience working with manual handling equipment, then let us know about it in your application.
