About the Role

It’s that time of the year again! HCA Healthcare UK is recruiting Flu Nurses to support our Primary Care Team during the 2026 Flu Campaign. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in delivering comprehensive flu immunisation across our healthcare facilities.

As a Flu Nurse, you will administer vaccines, ensure vaccination records are maintained, and compliance with safety and storage protocols is upheld. This position requires travel across HCA corporate client sites and facilities (travel expenses covered).

At HCA UK, we prioritise your career growth, wellbeing, and the care you deliver. We care about the same things you do: delivering world-class care, fostering strong working conditions, and supporting long-term professional development.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assess patients’ wellness and vaccination suitability in line with the Patient Group Directive (PGD)
  • Administer intramuscular flu vaccinations as required
  • Monitor patients’ reactions to vaccinations during administration
  • Implement infection-control policies and procedures
  • Ensure secure and correct storage of flu vaccines
  • Maintain inventory of vaccination supplies

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
