Senior Marketing Executive (Fluent French-Speaking)
Location: London
(Hybrid – 3 days office)
We’re looking for a dynamic, bilingual French/English Senior Marketing Executive (generalist) to join a fast-paced, high-growth B2B marketing team. If you thrive across the full marketing mix, love crafting standout campaigns, and want to work in a collaborative environment where things move quickly, this role is for you.
What you’ll be doing
- Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns end-to-end in French
- Own French-language outbound communications across email, web, social and partner channels.
- Drive creative and design updates across all marketing materials.
- Build strategic audience-growth plans and ensure messaging hits the mark.
- Partner with sales to create campaigns that drive new business and retention.
- Collaborate with content, data and commercial teams to maximise visitor acquisition.
- Lead community-building and social media activity to boost engagement.
- Manage visitor registration and support database segmentation.
- Contribute to year-round content and engagement strategies.

What happens between show cycles
You’ll support other teams and portfolios, contribute to UK-based projects, work on awards campaigns, and help shape year-round content and community strategy. It’s a varied role with strong exposure across the wider business.
About you
- Fluent in French and English (written + verbal).
- Strong project management skills — organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple deadlines.
- Confident across CRM/CMS, social tools, email marketing and automation platforms (HubSpot ideal).
- Passion for events
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Creative, collaborative, and able to bring fresh ideas — especially around social media.
- Experience in events is a bonus, but not essential if you have strong transferable skills.
