We're partnering with an innovative software company that's investing heavily in its engineering team as it continues to develop and enhance a range of digital products. They're looking for a Flutter Engineer to join a collaborative team, helping to deliver high-quality applications that make a real impact for customers.

This is an opportunity to work in a modern engineering environment where you'll contribute to technical decisions, collaborate across multiple disciplines and help shape the future direction of the platform.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing, developing and maintaining cross-platform applications using Flutter and Dart.
  • Building responsive, intuitive and high-performing user interfaces.
  • Collaborating with Product, Design, QA and Backend Engineers to deliver new functionality.
  • Writing clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
  • Integrating applications with REST APIs and backend services.
  • Taking part in sprint planning, code reviews and technical discussions.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve performance, scalability and code quality.
  • Contributing to engineering best practices, reusable components and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting the evolution of the platform through new ideas and technical innovation.

What we're looking for

Essential

  • Commercial experience developing applications with Flutter and Dart.
  • Strong understanding of Flutter architecture, state management and responsive UI development.
  • Experience integrating with REST APIs and backend services.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles and Agile delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Knowledge of mobile application deployment and release processes.
  • Exposure to native Android or iOS development.
