The Role
Working in close partnership with the Chairman, you will act as a trusted right hand — delivering flawless service both in the air and within a fast-paced global office environment. This is not a traditional position; it demands agility, emotional intelligence, and an innate understanding of ultra-high-net-worth expectations.
In the Air – Cabin Attendant Excellence
- Deliver a refined, five-star onboard experience, ensuring every journey is executed with precision, discretion and elegance.
- Curate and manage all aspects of the private cabin experience, from bespoke catering to immaculate presentation.
- Maintain full responsibility for cabin safety, organisation and inventory.
- Liaise seamlessly with pilots, operations teams and ground staff to ensure effortless global travel.
- Coordinate catering, transport and luggage logistics to the highest standard.
- Anticipate needs before they arise, delivering a truly intuitive service.

On the Ground – Administrative Authority
- Operate as a highly trusted Administrative Assistant, supporting complex personal and business matters with absolute discretion.
- Manage an ever-changing, high-pressure schedule with calm precision.
- Draft, refine and summarise correspondence, reports and sensitive materials.
- Coordinate across international offices, institutions and senior stakeholders.
- Attend high-level meetings, capturing detailed and accurate minutes.
- Conduct research and present concise, insightful summaries.
- Organise events ranging from intimate working dinners to global conferences.
- Handle personal and family matters with complete confidentiality.
- Maintain meticulous filing systems and organisational structures.
- Act as a key communication hub between the Chairman and his inner circle.

The Individual
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience as a private jet cabin attendant (Global 5000 experience highly desirable)
- Proven experience supporting at EA/PA or Team Assistant level within a demanding environment
- Exceptionally well-spoken with flawless written English
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and advanced IT skills
- Calm, composed and solutions-driven under pressure
- Naturally discreet with an unwavering commitment to confidentiality
- A true team player with a warm, polished and professional presence
- Fully flexible and able to travel globally at short notice
