Location: London Coliseum & other locations as required

We're looking for a skilled Flys Technician to help deliver world-class productions at the London Coliseum. Working closely with the Head of Flys and Rigging, Senior Flys Technicians, and Production Managers, you'll support all aspects of scenic flying operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently and to the highest professional standards.

You will be involved in every stage of the production process, from fit-ups and rehearsals to performances, get-outs and maintenance periods. You'll support rigging and flying operations, operate equipment for rehearsals and performances and help ensure productions run smoothly for both ENO and visiting companies. Alongside your technical expertise, you'll play an important role in maintaining safe working practices, accurate documentation and effective communication across technical and production teams.

If you're passionate about theatre, enjoy working as part of a collaborative team and thrive in a fast-paced production environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
