FM Assistant (Band 2 / £12.92 per hour / 4 hours per week)

Location: Brockfield House, Wickford Annual Pro Rata Salary: £25,272 Contract Type: Rota-based hours (to be discussed at interview)

FSM Assistant Band 2 to work in maintenance and cleaning roles.

About the Role

We are looking for an efficient and responsible FM Assistant to maintain, clean, and uphold all required areas of Brockfield House, Wickford as outlined in the work schedule.

Your duties will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with national cleaning standards
  • Strict adherence to all trust policies and procedures
  • Regular completion and accuracy of all mandatory documentation
  • Completing all mandatory training

Main Duties

  • Carrying out sweeping, mopping, wiping, and scrubbing of all assigned areas
  • Emptying bins
  • Restocking empty dispensers where applicable
  • Completing and maintaining compliance documentation
