Estates Division

FM Campus Services/FM Housekeeping Services General Assistants (Cleaners)-Campus

Salary from £27,030 pa inclusive of London allowance

(pro-rata hourly rate of £14.80 per hour)

Various Shift Times as below:

The post holder will work for a multifaceted Estates Division as intricate member of the Facility Management Team. The post holders will be responsible for delivering the day-to-day cleaning, janitorial servicing, and periodic works for the any of the Campus & Halls of Residents buildings.

4 x Various Shift Times as below:

  • Vacancy 1 = 15 Hours Weekly
    • 06.00 am – 09.00 am (Monday to Friday)
  • Vacancy 2 = 14 Hours Weekly
    • 06.00 am – 14.00 pm (Saturday & Sunday) -(1-hours Unpaid Lunch)
  • Vacancy 3 = 7 Hours Weekly
    • 06.00 am – 14.00 pm (1 x Either Saturday or Sunday) -(1-hours Unpaid Lunch)
  • Vacancy 4 = 25 Hours Weekly
    • 17.00 am – 22.00 pm (Monday to Friday)
  • Vacancy 5 = 14 Hours Weekly
    • 10.00 am – 18.00 pm (Saturday & Sunday) -(1-hours Unpaid Lunch)

The Post Holder Should Have

  • A good standard of verbal and written communication in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in cleaning &/or housekeeping.
  • Demonstrate practical knowledge of Health & Safety and Fire Safety.
  • Experienced in working as part of a team and contributing to overall effective team performance.
