Sherwood Forest | Circa £72,700 per annum plus 18% bonus scheme
Keep guests happy from behind the scenes
We're looking for a confident leader to manage a skilled maintenance team, ensuring all accommodation meets high standards and exceeds guest expectations. You'll foster a culture of collaboration, wellbeing, and performance across the department.

- Lead a team to deliver efficient maintenance across a varied property portfolio
- Ensure all accommodation is presented to high standards and meets guest expectations
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
- Encourage cross-department collaboration to enhance service delivery
- Promote team wellbeing and motivation through performance management strategies

Your working hours
- Full-time contract, 150 contracted hours per 4-week period
- Shifts typically between 8:00am and 6:00pm (including early mornings and evenings)
- Participation in the Duty Management rota
About you
- Proven ability to manage technical and administrative teams
- Skilled in managing dynamic workloads with effective task prioritisation
- Experience in managing service contracts within hard Facility Management (FM) environments
- Holds a formal Facilities Management qualification or HNC in Construction or Engineering
- Use of Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems
- Experience in safety standards and risk management
