FMCG Creative Director
Creative Director – Global FMCG Brand Worlds
London | Hybrid
An exciting opportunity has opened for a Creative Director with extensive experience building global FMCG brand worlds that extend far beyond packaging.
This role is ideal for someone who thinks in complete brand ecosystems, creating distinctive identities that flex seamlessly across:
- Packaging
- Retail
- Digital
- Social
- Experiential
- Emerging consumer touchpoints
Packaging remains important, but it is only one element of a much broader creative vision. We’re looking for someone who can craft brands that live consistently wherever consumers experience them.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the creative direction of globally recognised FMCG brands across multiple international markets
- Developing brand world systems that translate seamlessly across:
- Packaging
- Retail
- Digital
- Social
- Content
- Experiential channels
- Creating scalable identity systems that remain distinctive in every consumer touchpoint
- Collaborating closely with:
- Strategy teams
- Client services
- Creative teams to develop integrated brand experiences
- Presenting creative thinking and building trust with senior global clients
- Identifying opportunities to evolve brands through:
- Cultural insight
- Innovation
- Emerging technologies
- Inspiring multidisciplinary teams while maintaining exceptional creative standards
- Mentoring senior designers and fostering the next generation of creative leaders

What They’re Looking For
You must demonstrate:
- Significant Creative Director experience within FMCG branding
- A portfolio showing large-scale global brand systems—not just packaging programmes
- Proven ability to create brands that expand confidently into:
- Packaging
- Digital
- Social
- Retail
- Experiential environments
- Deep understanding of how brand identity adapts across multiple consumer touchpoints while staying consistent
- Experience leading complex international branding programmes with multiply stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking combined with exceptional creative judgement
- Confidence in presenting to senior clients and influencing business decisions
- A genuine curiosity for:
- Innovation
- Technology
- The future of brand experience
