With a strong international presence, ambitious growth plans and a culture that combines creativity, collaboration and pace, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business where no two days are the same. You'll be surrounded by talented people, given real responsibility and have the chance to make a genuine impact in a business that continues to go from strength to strength.
About the Role
As an FOB Account Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of a fast-moving international operation, owning the end-to-end FOB supply chain process for a portfolio of key customers. Working closely with commercial, operations, procurement and logistics teams across the UK, US and Asia, you'll manage orders from production through to delivery, keep customers informed, solve problems before they become issues and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is a highly visible role that offers fantastic exposure across the business and would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, juggling priorities and being the person who keeps everything moving forward.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
