Your Key Responsibilities
- Inspire Excellence: Lead the front of house team to deliver outstanding service and create a warm, inviting environment.
- Team Development: Mentor and train team members, fostering their growth and ensuring they exceed customer expectations.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily operations, from service flow to customer interaction, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Customer Satisfaction: Handle customer feedback with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
- Brand Ambassador: Uphold the standards of our brands, ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile and a reason to return.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure all health, safety, and legal requirements are met with precision and care.
