Front of House Supervisor – Join Our Team at Dale Barracks
Location: Dale Barracks, Liverpool Road, Chester CH2 4BD Hourly Rate: £13.02 Hours: Permanent part-time, 24 hours/week, working pattern Monday – Friday, 6am start

Apprenticeship schemes and training to help you grow. What you’ll do: Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service every day. Support the Manager with stock control, staff rotas, and training. Keep standards high by ensuring cleaning schedules are followed. Operate tills, handle cash, and explore upselling opportunities. Serve food and drinks while creating a welcoming atmosphere. Share your menu knowledge with customers and train new starters. What we’re looking for: Previous supervisory experience is great, but not essential – we’ll train you! Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years, have the legal right to work, and pass security vetting and DBS checks. A positive attitude, effective communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.
