What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and enthusiasm
- Taking accurate orders (in-person or via table service) efficiently
- Ensuring every customer leaves satisfied with a positive experience
- Delivering food and drinks, checking for guest happiness along the way
- Assisting with seating and maintaining an organised, clean dining area
- Handling payments with care to avoid errors
- Collaborating with the kitchen and team for smooth service
- Managing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly

What We’re Looking For
✓ A passionate attitude and love for customer service ✓ Strong communication skills to engage with guests and team members ✓ Ability to work flexibly as part of a team and contribute to a ** positive work environment** ✓ Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy setting ✓ Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays ✓Previous customer-facing experience helps, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are what matter most!
