Front of House Team Member – Cheshire Oaks, Slim Chickens
About the Role
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced, energetic environment? Slim Chickens is looking for friendly and enthusiastic Front of House Team Members to join their growing team!

Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm, friendly attitude
- Taking accurate and efficient orders, either at the counter or table service
- Ensuring every guest has a positive and memorable dining experience
- Delivering food and drinks with a smile, confirming satisfaction every time
- Assisting with seating arrangements and maintaining a clean, organised dining area
- Handling payments accurately and resolving transactions smoothly
- Collaborating with kitchen staff and team members for seamless service
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing any guest concerns promptly

Requirements & Skills
- A positive attitude and a passion for great customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a supportive work environment
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
- Previous customer-facing experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are what matter most!
