Front of House Team Member – Slim Chickens York

Slim Chickens is looking for friendly and enthusiastic Front of House Team Members to join our growing Sunday Times Best Big Company to Work For (2025 & 2026)!

About the Role
Our Front of House Team Members play a crucial role in delivering outstanding guest experiences. Join a collegial, fast-growing brand where you’ll have infinite opportunities to develop, grow, and succeed.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with warmth and a friendly attitude
- Taking and recording accurate, efficient orders (counter or table service)
- Ensuring every guest leaves with a positive, memorable dining experience
- Delivering food and drinks with a smile, ensuring high standards of satisfaction
- Managing seating arrangements and maintaining a clean, organised dining area
- Handling accurate cash and card transactions
- Collaborating with the kitchen team and colleagues to maintain smooth, efficient service
- Addressing guest queries and concerns promptly
