About The Venue
Generating response Copilot said: Larch Cafe is situated on the ground floor opposite to Sky Garden's entrance, beneath Larch Restaurant. Sky Garden is London's highest public garden, offering spectacular panoramic views alongside a collection of vibrant hospitality experiences, including Darwin Brasserie, Larch Restaurant and Sky Pod Bar. Operated by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, a leading premium hospitality group renowned for exceptional food, service and hospitality, Sky Garden welcomes millions of visitors each year and provides unique career opportunities within one of London's most iconic destinations.
Role Purpose
Join the team at Larch, which consists of an Italian restaurant, cafe and gift shop. Sky Garden is one of London's most iconic visitor destinations. We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to support our busy operation in our vibrant Café.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, delivering excellent customer service, and creating memorable experiences for guests visiting one of London's most unique venues. Barista experience is essential and some bar experience would be preferred, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.
What You Will Be Doing
- Providing friendly, professional, and efficient customer service in the café
- Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and processing payments
- Supporting service across both our Café and Larch Restaurant as required
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and food safety
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guests receive an exceptional experience
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in a Front of House hospitality or premium restaurant environment
- Barista experience preferred
- A positive, friendly, and approachable personality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-volume environment
- A proactive team player with a strong work ethic
- Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences

This is a full time opportunity offering up to 40 hours a week and £15.71 per hour, alongside excellent benefits designed to support your personal and professional growth.
