An opportunity to gain experience across multiple areas. Full training will be given to a person who is passionate about hospitality and wants to develop a career in the food and beverage industry. You will be working in a supportive team environment with the potential for career progression within the business.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner
- Prepare and present food and drinks to company standards
- Operate tills and process customer payments
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the venue
- Assist with stock rotation, replenishment and storage
- Follow all food safety, health and safety, and licensing regulations
- Deal sensitively and politely with any complaints or issues
- Support colleagues to ensure smooth day to day operations
- Assist with promotions and social media
- Participate fully in apprenticeship training and complete any required coursework
