Food and Beverage Assistant
Location: voco Zeal, Exeter Science Park Hours: 24 hours per week across 4 days Sal founding:# £15,862.08 per annum / £12.71 per hour

As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience — delivering attentive service and helping create a genuinely memorable dining experience, every time.
The Role
- Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages, efficiently and with a smile
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, in line with health and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest enquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Support the wider Food and Beverage team:
- Setting up and clearing tables
- Restocking supplies
- Assisting with inventory
- Help with coordinating and running events, including special functions
- Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented to a high standard
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
