Food and Beverage Assistant
Location: Lyndhurst, Hampshire, United Kingdom
Salary: £11.77 to £14.24 per hour including holiday accrual, plus service charge.
Job Type: Casual, Permanent

Role Overview:
As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining facilities. You will assist in delivering high-quality service to our guests and maintaining the overall efficiency of our food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service to all guests dining at our establishment
- Assisting with food and drink orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Setting up dining areas and maintaining cleanliness throughout shifts
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food delivery
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role within the catering or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Food hygiene certification is desirable
